Perfectly clean, excellent value hotel, its location was prime and just next door to the center of the city and the Tanger Outlets and a Krispy Kreme shop. The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and everything was fine.

I greatly enjoyed the double room and had a very good stay. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge were available. The staff were super-friendly and fabulously friendly during my stay.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room and bathroom were clean, and housekeeping checked in daily to see if I needed anything. I had a pleasant experience.

The bed was extremely comfy, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the room had convenient amenities like a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment. The hotel's location in Commerce is good and decent, just a short walk from the city center, recommended restaurants and stores, as well as the interstate. It's also close to the race track.

Enjoyed the double room I booked; it looked renovated. The bed was super cozy, and the fact that there was a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea setup was awesome! ☕️

Staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a refrigerator and microwave provided. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants within walking distance.

There was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry my bags up the stairs. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of smoke in the room and hallway, despite being a non-smoking hotel.

Location: the hotel was very close to the center of the city, Tanger outlet and a Krispy Kreme shop. Bakery Krispy Kreme was located 10 minutes walk away.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything in place. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is quick. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast, and there are facilities such as an ice machine and comfortable beds.

The front desk clerk appeared unhappy and there were people smoking outside, which may make some guests uncomfortable.
